Swedish Massage

Increases blood flow and releases tension with long, flowing strokes. Perfect for those that need a stress break. If you are stressed out and need to relax, this is the massage for you. Swedish massage can be both relaxing and energizing. A lighter pressure massage that can be performed at a slow pace or a faster pace for energizing effect.

This technique is great for a relaxing, deeper than deep-tissue massage. It helps to release deep muscle pain with long and broad strokes using the bottom of the therapist's feet. Our cupping session is combined with massage to increase circulation and help break up stubborn muscle knots. It also aides in releasing toxins from the body and releasing chronic muscle tightness. The cups are placed on the skin to create a vacuum suction, which decompresses on certain acupressure points throughout the body.

Sports Massage

Sports Massage

A great massage for athletes who would like to heal muscles faster and keep at the top of their game. Sports Massage may be combined with stretching in order to help those that are physically active to loosen, warm and prepare their muscles, and enhance their performance and endurance. It may also help relieve pain and stiffness of muscles, allowing for faster recovery time, or for injury rehabilitation. We also apply a topical analgesic that provides penetrating pain relief for sore muscles, backaches, sore joints, and arthritis.

Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage

Increase spiritual energy and personal power with this healing massage from the islands of Hawaii. This technique is done with the hands and forearms in long, sweeping strokes that encourage the flow of energy throughout the body. Warm oil is used in the massage.

Reiki Energy Healing

Reiki pronounced (Ray-Key) is an alternative healing practice that originated in Japan and is now practiced worldwide. An alternative for of therapy, it reduces stress and anxiety, helps promote relaxation and wellbeing, as well as increasing energy levels. The session is performed fully clothed on a massage table. Your Reiki master will place their hands above or gently on energy centers, or chakras, located at different points in the body. This guides and opens up energy channels throughout the body. It can be used to relieve depression, anxiety, stress, and pain.

Foot Massage & Reflexology

Foot Massage & Reflexology

An ancient form of healing through different pressure points on the feet. The theory suggest that these points align with certain body organs and other parts of the body. Applied pressure and massage to these points on the foot causes relaxation and healing to their corresponding body part.

Mommy-to-Be Prenatal Massage

Mommy-to-Be

Great for relieving any body pain associated with pregnancy, such as back-aches and swollen feet. Prenatal massage is very relaxing for both the mother and baby. Sessions are limited at one hour so the mother's muscles are not overworked. Second and third trimester only.

Massage+ 10 minute Consultation: 55 minutes $90

This is the maximum time allowed for prenatal massage.

Couples Massage

Performed in the same treatment room with two massage therapists. Choose from Swedish or Deep Tissue
